Terms of service

TAKE CROWN is an entertainment and status ranking product. Crown ownership transfers to the latest participant whose valid $10 Crown Takeover payment is successfully confirmed. Historical contribution totals are informational status metrics only — there are no cash prizes, payouts, lotteries, gambling, investments or charitable donations.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may submit only yourself or a pseudonym you control, and you confirm you have the right to use the name and details you submit.

Rank is granted only after a payment is verified. The Crown belongs to the participant whose verified $10 Crown Takeover settled most recently; cumulative totals are informational status history and never decide the Crown. Rank confers no ownership, no right to any payout and no guarantee of duration — any other participant may take the Crown at any time with a verified $10 payment.

Prohibited content is listed in the Rules. We may remove, edit or refuse any entry that breaches those standards, and may suspend access where necessary.

Rank is based on verified $10 Crown Takeover payments once live payments are enabled. While the service runs in demo / payment-disabled mode no payment provider is connected, no card details are collected, no money is taken, and demo interactions create no paid entitlement, rank or claim of any kind. There are no prizes and no payouts.

No payments are being processed yet, so there is nothing to refund or cancel today. Once live payments are enabled, refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with the refund policy displayed at that time and with the rules of the approved payment provider or merchant of record that processes the transaction. Nothing here creates a refund right beyond that published policy and applicable law.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown on this page.
